1. 我认为本节课的设计相对比较合理。本节课的教学步骤注重听、说训练,并注意让学生积极参与课
堂活动。任务的设计由小到大,由易到难,学生在完成任务的过程中掌握了知识。练习的游戏环节,活跃了
课堂气氛,也让学生巩固了所学知识。同时,我认为这节课还有一些需要提高的方面,比如多媒体课件可以
更加丰富一些,增加一些国家的代表性建筑的图片,以加深学生对这些国家的了解,并扩大学生的知识面。
2. 我认为一名优秀的教师首先要有爱心,爱学生,爱自己的岗位,把塑造学生心灵、传承知识当成人生
的大追求。要关爱每一名学生,关心每一名学生的成长进步,努力成为学生的良师益友,成为学生健康成
长的指导者和引路人。其次是要树立终身学习的观念。要想给学生一杯水,自己须先有一桶水。教师只
有学而不厌,才能做到诲人不倦。因此,优秀的教师一定要具备如饥似渴学习新知识的精神。一名优秀的
教师还应该做到以身作则、为人师表,时时处处把自己放在榜样的位置上,严格要求自己,约束自己的一言
