1. 我认为本节课的设计相对比较合理。本节课的教学步骤注重听、说训练，并注意让学生积极参与课

堂活动。任务的设计由小到大，由易到难，学生在完成任务的过程中掌握了知识。练习的游戏环节，活跃了

课堂气氛，也让学生巩固了所学知识。同时，我认为这节课还有一些需要提高的方面，比如多媒体课件可以

更加丰富一些，增加一些国家的代表性建筑的图片，以加深学生对这些国家的了解，并扩大学生的知识面。

2. 我认为一名优秀的教师首先要有爱心，爱学生，爱自己的岗位，把塑造学生心灵、传承知识当成人生

的大追求。要关爱每一名学生，关心每一名学生的成长进步，努力成为学生的良师益友，成为学生健康成

长的指导者和引路人。其次是要树立终身学习的观念。要想给学生一杯水，自己须先有一桶水。教师只

有学而不厌，才能做到诲人不倦。因此，优秀的教师一定要具备如饥似渴学习新知识的精神。一名优秀的

教师还应该做到以身作则、为人师表，时时处处把自己放在榜样的位置上，严格要求自己，约束自己的一言

一行。我国有句名言：“其身正，不令则行。”当一名教师能够在各个方面都成为学生的表率的时候，他就是
